By eliminating seal-seal friction on unseating, TOMOE Triple offset design removes the “Blind Zone” and increases the rangeability or controllable range across the full 90 degrees of movement. The rotation geometry and inboard bearing design reduces the effect of dynamic torque and mechanical noise-vibration. Cavitation and noise reducers are available to complement the TOMOE valve under high pressure drop process sitiuations.

WELD-ON® 717™ CLEAR/GRAY: Heavy bodied, medium setting, low VOC PVC cement for all classes and schedules with interference fit through 12″ (315 mm) diameter (non-pressure applications only up to 18″). Quality formulation for plumbing, industrial, pool, irrigation and electrical piping systems. It has good gap filling properties and its medium set allows more working time in warm weather.

APPLICATION:
WELD-ON 717 is for use on all types of PVC plastic pipe applications, Type I and Type II. It is suitable for use with potable water pressure systems, irrigation, turf, conduit, industrial pipe applications, sewer, drain, waste and vent systems.
Detailed directions on making solvent cemented joints are printed on the container label. An installation DVD/CD covering solvent cementing is available. It not only describes the basic principles of solvent cementing, but also covers the handling, storage and use of our products. It is highly recommended that the installer review the instructions supplied by the pipe and fitting manufacturer.
NOTE: WELD-ON solvent cements must never be used in a PVC system using or being tested by compressed air or gases; including air-over-water booster.

Weld-On® 724™ INDUSTRIAL GRADE ORANGE/GRAY: Heavy bodied, medium setting, low VOC CPVC cement for all classes and schedules with interference fit through 12″ (315 mm) diameter. Premium, high-strength, chemical-resistant solvent cement for use with CPVC piping systems carrying acids, bases, salts, and hypochlorites. Ideal for use in waste water plants. May be used on PVC industrial piping systems for chemical applications. Approved for Corzan® CPVC piping systems.

 

APPLICATION:
WELD-ON 724 is especially formulated for use on industrial piping systems (CPVC or PVC) requiring chemical resistance to caustics, including hypochlorite solutions, mineral acids, aggressive water and aqueous salt solutions. Approved for use with Corzan™ Industrial Piping Systems. Detailed directions on making solvent cemented joints are printed on the container label.
